Re Salon and Medspa is looking for a guest relations specialist to handle inbound and outbound phone calls and email communications. Our ideal candidate will be the whole package. He/she will have beauty industry experience, be passionate about educating the customer, have proven successful sales experience and feel very comfortable multi-tasking. Candidate must have a strong, professional phone voice, exude a can-do attitude and be able to communicate effectively and connect with our new and returning customers.
∙Sales experience required
∙Beauty/fashion industry experience strongly preferred
∙Proven ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls and multi-task
∙Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
